i am purchasing 3 homes and need written estimates on what the cost will be to bring them up to code. all three homes were built in the early 1930's. if possible i need this no later than this week.

Old house old panel. Need new panel and about 8 new outlets. Panel stays in same location. New wire must be brought from pole because old wire crosses over built-on den.Rep from city elec. has been here and drawn up 'spot location' map. I must get bids and know how much this is going to cost.

I need to install 2 ceiling fans in rooms that do not have any electrical junction box in the ceiling already. There is no access via an attic or crawlspace above the ceiling of the rooms.

I am purchasing a house with Stab Lock breakers. I have heard these are a hazard and need to be replaced. Is this true and if so what is the approximate cost to replace a 150 amp box?

I would like to get an estimate of how much it would cost to replace my breaker panel. We have a federal pacific box and they have been know to cause fires. Also, we are installing a hot tub and I dont believe that our current box will be able to hold that much energy. Thanks!
